The present is light and free; what burdens and suffocates it are the stories that are hanging from it.

The present is not a part of a larger context; it’s not a moment in my life or a time slice of this universe. Quite the opposite!

It’s my life and this universe that are together a story attached to the present.
The present is at once everywhere and eveywhen, and it includes everything.

The present is whole and complete.

You can be free here and now if you choose to, by not escaping your story but by being above it, by being present, by recognizing that you are the present Itself.
