Seer Sees only Itself

Wherever I turn I see the face of God,

My pain is god; My pleasure is god;

My worst moments is God; me best ones is God.

Then, what do I have to complain, if good is God and bad is God!

All I wanted was to dwell at the serene feet of God; there I am.

And as long as I am there let it be good or bad, pain or pleasure; I welcome them with my cheerful face, for they are all God in disguise.

We see pain only when we think ourselves to be vulnerable and mortal. The moment we see ourselves as immutable and immortal, we see only God.

What  we see depends on what we consider ourselves to be, for we get what we think we deserve to get.
